The Sri Lanka–Japan Business Council (SLJBC), under the auspices of the Ceylon Chamber of Commerce, held a high-level roundtable on component manufacturing and subcontracting opportunities within the Sri Lanka–South India Industrial Corridor on 12th June 2025 at the Chamber’s Board Room, Colombo. The event featured a keynote by Mr. Nagamune, METI’s South Asia Representative, and brought together 30 senior industry representatives, policymakers, and potential business partners from both countries, with discussions centred on supply-chain integration and investment facilitation.
